Templates

You can speed up project creation by using our template-builder. Templates are drafts of your requests that can be saved and stored in AvantPortal, containing frequently used information that can be applied to similar projects in the future.

When requesting a Project, you can save it as a Template and give it a name.

Then you can re-use the template multiple times for future Quotes or Projects, by selecting it from the "Templates" tab on the left side menu.

The information that is being saved (but can be modified when requesting a new quote/project) is the following:

• Project name
• Reference number
• Field of specialization
• Source and target language(s)
• Service
• Additional info
• Turnaround time
